Elders / Chief EldersRealm game administrators are called Elders. They are in charge of all game functions and rulings. Elders are responsible for making sure all safety rules are being followed and that the game is fun and enjoyable. You can apply to be a realm admin if you are 18 and older and do not have a criminal background. Because we do a background check on Elders, there is a fee of $10 to apply. When a realm gets large and you have multiple elders doing different things. Some may be running plot, some will be more battle oriented and yet others are more in charge of safety aspects of the game. Each realm will have a Chief Elder. This position is usually assigned to the head promoter or head of the game for that realm. Each realm should have 1 chief.Elders coming into other realms - Elders hold their title in their specific realm but do not hold elder status in other realms. Elders must respect each others boundaries and specific things they have set up for their realm. If an Elder wishes to volunteer at another realm, they must be approved from the chief of the realm they are going to before this can happen. Under no circumstances shall an Elder of one realm dictate anything game related while visiting a game they are not in charge of. Doing so could strip their title of Elder or get them banned from larpCraft. If a visiting Elder does see a safety violation however, they need to report it to the local Elders or if it is a major problem, contact an Overlord immediately / directly.
You must have an order from the store for this submission. Click here to pay for submission: http://www.battlestuff.com/LarpCraft_Elder_Training_p/let01.htm This is a non-refundable payment to perform the background checks.
Each player who wants to attend an actual LarpCraft event, must fill out this form. After the form is submitted, you need to print out the pdf waiver and bring it to your local realm before you can play. In the event a parent was needed for a minor, the release will have to be signed by a parent witnessed by a game administrator. So basically you have this form below (which gets you the achievement) and then the printed waiver to bring to the game. All realms will have waivers on site, but pre-filling the basic information out saves time at registration.
